If you have used the product and it is not what you expected, simply contact us at support@usevelura.uk within 30 days. We will issue a 50% refund to your original payment method. You may keep the product. No returns required. No inconvenient shipping. No questions asked.
If the product remains sealed, unused and in its original packaging, contact us within 30 days to receive a full 100% refund. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your refund within 10 working days of receiving the item.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@usevelura.uk and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No waiting period.
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in addition to the guarantees outlined above. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please contact us to begin this process.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that they may take up to 10 working days to appear, as processing times vary depending on your bank. If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@usevelura.uk.
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging, with no indication of the contents. Refunds will appear on your bank statement under the name of our processing company, not under the product or brand name. Your privacy is protected every step of the way.
